The apartment is considered at the specified price, clean and rented for one young person (or two guys, the rent for which is $350 per month), apartment is fully equipped. * The apartment is designed and furnished like a hotel: near the metro station "Akhmeteli" (Omara Khizanishvili, 98), in a good location, near the Gldani park, on the 5th (9th) floor, half of a four-room apartment, two-bed "Lux", two-room [a quiet bedroom and a cozy guest room], with a panoramic balcony and its own ultra-modern kitchen. * Here, any resident will feel at home and safe, because I live in the second half of the apartment, as the owner of this apartment-hotel, a guarantor of your safety, a helper and mediator in your needs. * In a compact hotel-type apartment, you will find ideal living conditions, a peaceful and quiet environment, where you will be provided with free services, namely: periodic laundry (without your participation), as well as, upon your request, preparation of any Georgian (hot) dish upon prior order. * For clarification: there will be an ultra-modern kitchen and a comfortable bathroom - for common use. * Rental fee: separate (isolated) room «Lux» for 1 person – $250 per month and for 2 boys $350 per month * FYI: I pay all additional bills (hot water, heating, internet + paid TV package) to the bank at the same time, in the amount of four hundred and fifty Gel.
