According to the established regulations, the storage and/or sale of used tires, decommissioned vehicles, and their parts is permitted in the building or construction of Industrial Zone 1 (IZ1), which creates a covered space, bounded by walls, columns, or other restrictive structures, and the ground is covered with such a solid material that excludes the ingress of this material or any substance leached from it into the soil. Interested parties are informed that the territory of JSC "Annakor" and the industrial-storage building located on this territory fully belongs to Industrial Zone 1 (IZ1) and completely meets the requirements and regulations established by the aforementioned decree. Accordingly, JSC "Annakor" offers various sizes of industrial-storage spaces located in Industrial Zone 1 (IZ1) (216 sq.m, 310 sq.m, 350 sq.m, 475 sq.m, and 1,000 sq.m) where they can continue and carry out their activities. The spaces are located in the IV district of Mukhiani, in the 4th building of the former "Radio Factory", on the roadside. There are internal roads in the building, allowing for the delivery of large-sized goods directly to the rented space by trailers. There is continuous electricity and water supply, central sewerage, and the possibility of connecting natural gas.
