According to the established regulations, the placement and/or sale of used tires, decommissioned vehicles, and their parts is allowed in the building or structure of Industrial Zone 1 (IZ1) that creates a closed space, bounded by walls, columns, and/or other restricting constructions, and the ground is covered with such solid material that excludes the entry of said material or any substance leaking from it into the soil. We inform interested parties that the area of JSC "Annakor" and the production-storage building located on this territory fully belongs to Industrial Zone 1 (IZ1) and fully complies with the rules and regulations established by the above-mentioned decree. Accordingly, JSC "Annakor" offers various sizes (216 sq.m., 310 sq.m., 350 sq.m., 475 sq.m., and 1,000 sq.m.) of production-storage spaces located in Industrial Zone 1 (IZ1), where they can continue and carry out their activities. The spaces are located in Mukhiani IV district, in the former "Radio Factory" building No. 4, on the roadside. In the building, it is possible to directly deliver large-sized cargo by trailers to the rented space by the tenant via internal roads. There is continuous electricity and water supply, central sewage system, and the possibility of natural gas supply. For the above-mentioned businesses, the monthly rent per square meter amounts to 15 GEL, including VAT.
