The mentioned warehouse-production infrastructure borders the street on two sides and thus has access from both sides of the street, while on the third side it borders the active railway and has access from the railway platform, which makes it additionally attractive from a logistics point of view. The rent price for the described warehouse-production complex in its current condition (As is) is 30,000 dollars excluding VAT per month. Only for the rental of A-class warehouse spaces and the office building, the total price is 25,000 dollars excluding VAT. Only for the rental of B-class warehouse spaces and spare parts, the total price is 10,000 dollars excluding VAT. In the case of long-term leasing, the infrastructure can be adapted in the shortest terms to meet the specific needs and demands of the lessee, including considering the creation of additional warehouse buildings, conversion into higher-class buildings - price to be negotiated.
