We are renting a two-story house on Kartozia Street, right in front of Central Park. The house was built in the 1980s. The first floor features a large open hall with mahogany flooring, the type traditionally used for velodromes, and a beautiful oak staircase. There is also an old wine cellar on this level. The second floor includes two spacious rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The house has its own yard and parking space for two cars. In recent years, the property has been used as an office space, so some adaptation may be needed for residential use — something we can discuss and organize together.
