Our beautiful new home is located perfectly between the city center and Lake Tbilisi. It is situated above the center of Tbilisi and is therefore very pleasant from a climatic point of view, especially in the summer. There are excellent entertainment options for the whole family nearby, such as public beaches, sun terraces, and opportunities for sailing and kite surfing. Other recreational facilities include the Gino Paradise adventure pool and the new Tbilisi zoo. Our house was only completed this year, so the entire interior is brand new. The house is 2 stories, which can also be used as 2 apartments with a common entrance. The first floor has 2 bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen and a living room with fireplace. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen and a balcony. The house has 3 surveillance cameras that allow you to comfortably view the property from inside the house day and night.
