It is a studio room, everything in one room and a separate bathroom. The price includes all utilities & internet costs, so you do not pay anything extra. Very good location, 5-10 minutes to Freedom Square and Old Tbilisi, ideal for one person, or at most for a couple, it is a small room, newly renovated, the only thing you share with your neighbor is the washing machine, everything else you have your own.
