It is situated above the center of Tbilisi, so it is very pleasant from a climate perspective, especially in the summer. Other recreational facilities include the Gino Paradise adventure pool and the new Tbilisi zoo. Our house was completed this year, so the entire interior is completely new. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen and a balcony. The house has 3 surveillance cameras with which you can comfortably observe the property from home at all hours.
