Fully equipped kitchen, a gazebo in the yard, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and 2 relaxation rooms, also, on the 3rd floor, there are an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (not included in the base price) the house is fully equipped with all necessary inventory 1200 sq.m yard with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, the price depends on the number of guests, we have both buffet and Georgian table service, as well as design (for birthday, funeral, and other events).
