Promotion this month!! A house is available for rent for parties. You will find in the space: 2 air-conditioned halls (an underground hall with speakers, lasers, and a disco ball) with inventory. Tables, chairs, dishes. Fully equipped kitchen, courtyard with a grill, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and 2 lounge rooms; also, on the 3rd floor, there are an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (not included in the initial cost). The house is fully equipped with all necessary inventory, a 1500 sq.m yard with an open pool and jacuzzi, (please note that the yard is monitored by video cameras). The price depends on the number of guests; we offer both buffet and Georgian table service, as well as design (for birthdays, weddings, and other events). The price varies depending on the days and numbers.
