I am a landlord! Newly renovated loft-style apartment is for rent in the center of Tbilisi, near Dry Bridge. The house has been newly rehabilitated and is located near the Presidential Palace. There are two central parks, Orbeliani and Freedom Square, 100 meters away. We will be temporarily leaving Georgia, so the apartment is rented for at least 1 year, preferably longer.
