The apartment has all the necessary furniture and appliances. The apartment has a large yard, a playground, a children's attraction, and parking spaces (which is a luxury in Batumi). The apartment is rented for a minimum of one year (the longer, the better) when we make the agreement, the terms will be upheld until the end. In the summer, I will not ask you to vacate the apartment or change the price.
