It is a 2-3 minute walk from the stops. It takes 10-15 minutes to the metro station at Sarajishvili, and there are short line minibuses, as well as 2 buses and 1 minibus going to Sarajishvili from different parts of the city. There are schools and markets nearby, as well as Avchala Park. I can share a video with you that shows everything in detail. If necessary, I can add items (there is a small amount of dishes). The apartment can be viewed in the evening hours. The price does not include utilities, meaning you will pay extra. You only pay the first month's rent in advance. I do not cooperate with agencies.
