A 1000 square meter plot of land is for sale in Tsavkis, on the edge of the forest, with a view of Tbilisi (Trialeti Street). In a populated place, with communications (water, gas, electricity, internet), we have a special (zonal) agreement from the City Hall to place an individual residential house.
