The house is located next to the new square named after Petre Shotadze (near the Turkish Embassy and the Ninth Hospital) on Sajaia St. It has four floors (including a large basement and a "garage" with an exit door to the yard) and an attic. Bathrooms are arranged (basement 1, first floor 2, and more and 33 on the third floor), lighting and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling, heaters are installed, but central heating is removed.
