The land 1378 is an old house with a new extension, there is a kitchen and a bathroom. The exterior is plastered, and the interior is tiled. The house has a concrete belt built around it; there are two large rooms of 30 square meters each. The basement has an entrance from the house, measuring 30 square meters. There is a 20 square meter balcony, and on the side, there is a triangular cottage with an attic bedroom of 40 square meters. The cottage has electricity connected, and there’s a water system, which needs to be connected to the sewerage as well. Also, the kitchen is equipped, chandeliers are installed, and the bathroom has tiles laid; a toilet is standing but needs to be installed. I have irrigation and drinking water installed in the yard. There is gas, electricity, and I have a sewer pit. I have buried wells that are about 6 meters deep and covered with concrete. There’s a new fence I’ve constructed. The church and shops are close by, and it is considered a quiet, peaceful place with good neighbors. It is also close to the central road of the village, and I have a lot of old orchards and old vines. It can be divided into two parts and sold as such.
