The building was built in 2016, I renovated it for myself and have been living here since it was built, therefore everything is made with good materials, it has a large yard with a barrier, there is no parking problem, it's cozy and in a very good location, good neighborhood, it is the top floor with a slight slope in the ceiling, but it is a standard floor and the elevator goes all the way up. This is the only reason for the price; otherwise, I wouldn't sell it for the price of a black frame with furniture and appliances! It is near the new park, by the roundabout.
