An apartment is for sale in a new building. The apartment is located in Isani, near the Olympic pool. There are a lot of sports activities being developed around: stadiums, tennis courts, pools, a large (one of the biggest and best in all of Georgia) skatepark, parks, and several kilometers of boulevard. (In short, children will grow up to be athletes in this area :) ) There is also a big supermarket. The house has a nice view (see the photos). The apartment will be handed over at the end of the year, and renovations can start in the fall. It will be handed over in green frame condition. It is on the 10th floor.
