It is being built in Tbilisi, on a 9700 m2 plot of land where there is open space, fresh air and a large forest-park. The project includes 4 buildings (6 and 8 floors), 5,000 m2 interior car-free, well-furnished yard, functional green roof with fitness area, underground parking. The project is loaded with a white or green frame. The project will be completed in April 2025.
