New studio in Bi Residence · pool and gym in the building · 5 min to the sea I'm renting out the apartment because I'm moving to Tbilisi. I was the first and only tenant, you'll be the second. The apartment has a new renovation and new appliances. There's a workspace for remote work and two balconies, and part of the sea is visible from the window. Water is heated by a gas boiler: there's enough hot water even if you shower, wash dishes and do laundry at the same time. The main highlight is the infrastructure: 🏊 pool and gym right in the building 🍽 lots of restaurants and cafes in the building and nearby 🛒 grocery stores, 24/7 shops and pharmacies within 2 minutes 🌊 5-minute walk to the sea 🎾 RLC Pro padel and tennis courts 5 minutes away 🚗 open parking nearby, covered parking in the building (paid) Quiet area, many Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking neighbors, convenient for expats. 🎁 My bonus with a one-year contract: one free hour on any RLC Pro court or a 50 GEL discount on the first month of gym and spa. One-year contract, deposit – payment for the last month. 🎥 Short video about the apartment on YouTube: link below. Telegram: VladimirMWB
