Fully equipped kitchen, a yard with a barbecue, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and 2 lounging rooms, also, on the 3rd floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom (not included in the initial price) the house is fully equipped with all necessary inventory 1200 sq yard with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, the price depends on the number of guests we have both buffet and Georgian table service, as well as design (for birthday, wedding, and other events).
