The warehouse facility is located in the industrial zone of Orkhevi, which is situated to the north of the former "Sakhladas" territory. The area of the land plot is approximately 2 hectares (19,482 m2), which houses up to 20 different sizes and heights of warehouse buildings. Among them is the so-called "Kislovodsk" type barn, consisting of a total of 6 modules. The size of each module is 30*30 m and they are grouped into 3 buildings: 1. 900 m2 2. 1800 m2 3. 2700 m2. Their ceiling height reaches up to 10 m. Additionally, there is a 600 m2 concrete (пкж) building and other smaller warehouses.
