Shock freezing factory for rent!! The shock freezing unit is of tunnel type (currently the only one in Georgia). The ceiling height is 5.25 meters. The area of the first floor: 1200 sq/m. The factory freezes 500 kg per hour at -35 to -40 degrees, which ensures individual rapid freezing of fruits and berries, while completely preserving the taste, vitamin content, and structure, simultaneously eliminating the formation of ice lumps and sticking of fruits/berries together. 3 large cold rooms set at -18 degrees, 1 small cold room at -18 degrees, and 1 large plus (0 - 15 degrees) cold room. The factory is equipped with internet, electricity, and gas. Each room on the attic floor has a heater, and there is also a kitchen located on the attic floor. A train track runs behind the factory (for receiving large loads), the factory has 2 independently operating Euro-standard loading/unloading bays designed for trucks (furs). The yard is 900 sq/m, fenced and equipped with surveillance cameras. The total area has its own 400 megawatt substation which allows us to provide a 2 tetri discount per kWh on electricity bills. The entire perimeter is landscaped and the factory is additionally protected by 1 permanent security worker. The factory is listed in Agrohabs and Europroducts and has previously served all average-sized farmers and confectioners.
