The house is located in the village of Banoja in the Tskaltubo district, at the crossroads leading to the Sataplia and Prometheus caves, on the 'central road'. Currently, there is a winery called 'Mate's Winery' which is operational and also well-known throughout Imereti. As for the house, it can be converted into a hotel, which will help increase the vineyard's visibility.
