The house has 4 floors plus a basement and a cellar. My 4th floor is an open space, which allows it to be used for meetings, parties, and also for a gym. Each floor has a 24 sq/m veranda with the best views. The house has a green, fruit-bearing, shaded yard. There is a garage and a storage room in the yard.
