The program of the house is divided into three blocks of main functions - living area, bedrooms, and master zone, while auxiliary functions are located in the spaces connecting the blocks. Thanks to this, the building does not fall apart into separate parts, but is perceived as a single spatial whole. From the road side, the house looks quite closed, welcoming guests almost like a medieval castle, while towards the city center - on the contrary, open and oriented towards a more private space.
