⚠️Agents in Batumi, attention! I DON'T COOPERATE! Almost all the information is in the photos. I used Russian because the owners expressed a preference for accommodating Russian-speaking guests. 🏡 About the house 4 double rooms and 2 twin rooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The owners keep the house spotlessly clean, and the rooms have modern furniture and bathroom fittings. The guesthouse has one of the highest ratings on Georgia's Black Sea coast. 🛌 In the rooms A bathroom, an air conditioner, a radiator, a balcony, a wardrobe and bedside tables. One of the rooms can be set up as an office. 🛋️ On the floor A shared kitchen with two fridges and a stove, a washing machine and a TV. The owners can provide a sofa. 💵 Price $1300/month, around $217 per room. A great option for those moving to Georgia on a small budget but who want a clean, comfortable place to live. 👥 Tenants A Russian-speaking company is preferred (citizenship doesn't matter). The owners don't speak English. The main requirement is cleanliness and care for the house. 🚫 Restrictions Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, and pets are not allowed. Text me directly on WhatsApp. I don't answer calls!
