A private house for rent for 6 months or 1 year. The living space is on the second and third floors. The house has 7 rooms, 4 bedrooms with its own bathroom, a wardrobe room, 2 kitchens, 5 air conditioners, central heating, internet, and TV in all four bedrooms, a large yard (with parking space), surveillance cameras, with a 360° view of Batumi, very close to the city, 1.5 kilometers from the center. A large and small pool is being made for children, but the workers made a mistake, and because of this, the construction of the pool is temporarily suspended due to the weather, hence the price will be $3500 until the pool is completed. Renting with pets is not considered. I am the owner of the house.
