It is located above the center of Tbilisi and therefore it is very pleasant from the climatic point of view, especially in summer. Nearby there are great entertainment options for the whole family, such as public beaches, sun terraces and opportunities for sailing and kitesurfing. Other recreational facilities include Gino Paradise Adventure Pool and New Tbilisi Zoo. Our house was just finished this year, so the entire interior is brand new. The house has 2 floors, which can also be used as 2 apartments and a common entrance. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen and living room with fireplace.
