For rent is a private house in the Svaneti neighborhood next to the Caucasus University. The current tenants will vacate by the end of May. The house has old repairs. There is a school, kindergarten, university, grocery stores, and a bus stop nearby. Our house and yard are pet-friendly, so pets will be allowed. The rent for the first and last month will be paid in advance.
