A private house for rent in the Gverdze district of the Caucasus University in Svaneti. The house is currently occupied by squatters and will be vacated at the end of May. There are old repairs in the house. School, kindergarten, university, grocery stores and bus stop are nearby. Our house and grounds are pet friendly, so pets are allowed. The first and last month's rent will be paid in advance.
