In Batumi, a cozy house built and decorated by a famous local artist is available for rent. It is not just a place to live, but a place with soul, where every detail has its own story. The house is surrounded by greenery, and the yard has mandarin trees, palm trees, birch trees, mimosa trees, feijoa trees, Tibetan goji berries, tkemali trees, pomelo trees, red grapefruit trees, apple trees, lemons, red and black currants, three types of pears, nectarines, cherries, and a vegetable garden (you will always have fresh greens on your table). There is a cozy recreation area with a barbecue, as well as a mini-pool for children, which is so pleasant to cool off in on a hot day. Inside, it is a real treasure trove for connoisseurs of art and comfort: paintings, antique artifacts, unusual furniture, and a large library with books in Russian and Georgian. The first floor has a spacious living room (80 m²) with a comfortable kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and air conditioning. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. The house is equipped with everything you need: hot water, central heating, and internet. Pets are welcome. The location is convenient—only 2.5 km from the sea and the Old Town, with minibus and bus stops near the house, but the house itself is located in the back of the courtyard. There is parking for two cars.
