The entire complex is for rent. The price includes: closed swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, professional tables for Russian billiards and poker, a speaker with 2 karaoke microphones, relaxation area, 4 hotel rooms (8 guests), 2 panoramic elevators, and a summer terrace equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi and furniture. The entertainment area is designed for 15 people, in a buffet case can accommodate 20-25 guests, while 8 guests can stay in the 4 bedrooms.
