The entire complex is for rent. The price includes: closed pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, professional billiard and poker tables, speaker with 2 karaoke microphones, relaxation area, 4 hotel rooms (8 guests), 2 panoramic elevators, and a summer terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi and furniture. The entertainment area is designed for 15 people, and can accommodate 20-25 guests for a buffet, while 8 guests can stay in 4 bedrooms.
