The price includes: an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, professional Russian billiards and poker tables, a speaker with 2 karaoke microphones, a relaxation area, 4 hotel rooms (8 guests) with 2 panoramic elevators and a summer terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi and furniture. The entertainment area is designed for 15 people, in the case of a buffet it can accommodate 20-25 guests, and 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 guests.
