Tables, chairs, dishes. Fully equipped kitchen, yard with a grill, 2 restrooms, 1 bedroom, and 2 lounge rooms. Also, on the 3rd floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms and 1 restroom (not included in the base price). The house is fully furnished with all necessary inventory, 1500 sq. m. yard with an open pool and jacuzzi. The price depends on the number of guests. We offer both buffet and Georgian table service, as well as design (for birthday parties, weddings, and other events). The price is variable based on the days and numbers.
