A fully equipped kitchen, a yard with a grill, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and 2 lounge rooms, also, on the 3rd floor, there are an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (not included in the initial price) the house is fully equipped with all necessary inventory, a 1500 square meter yard with a swimming pool (note that the yard is monitored by video cameras) the price depends on the number of guests; we offer both buffet and Georgian table service, as well as design (birthday, corporate, and other events).
