Tables, chairs, dishes. Fully equipped kitchen, yard with a barbecue, 2 restrooms, 1 bedroom, and 2 lounge rooms. Also, on the 3rd floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms and 1 restroom (not included in the initial price). The house is fully equipped with all necessary inventory, 1200 sq m yard with an open pool and jacuzzi. The price depends on the number of guests. We offer both buffet and Georgian table service, as well as design (for birthday parties, weddings, and other events).
