A fully equipped kitchen, a yard with a grill, 2 restrooms, 1 bedroom, and 2 lounges, also, on the 3rd floor, there are an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 restroom (not included in the base cost) the house is fully equipped with all necessary amenities 1500 sq yard with an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi, (note that the yard is monitored by video cameras) the price depends on the number of guests we have catering for both buffets and Georgian feasts, also design (for birthdays, weddings, and other events).
