The house is located at the entrance of Tbilisi from the direction of Mtskheta, at the beginning of Agmashenebeli Avenue, in the suburbs of Mukhatsgverdi. We have no restrictions on music; you can use the 1000-watt Beringer speaker all night long. Bringing in additional speakers is prohibited. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a closed pool heated to 38 degrees, and we have a large dance hall with club lighting, tables, and chairs for up to 50 people. There is also a large, beautiful, green yard, parking spaces in the yard, a grill and skewers for grilling in place, and a huge terrace.
