In the project area, the area of which is 10,700 sq.m (1.07 ha), it is planned to build 10 residential houses, the total intensity of which is 6,790 sq.m, therefore the density of residential area per 1 ha will be equal to: 6790/1.07=6346 m2/ha. The project area is divided into 11 sectors. In each sector, one-flat housing is being built, and one sector is allocated for the traffic zone Tz1. The total number of apartments is 10. Accordingly, the density of apartments per 1ha will be equal to: 10/1.07=10.07 apartments/ha. The territory is divided into 10 sectors. The area of the self-contained sector exceeds 600 square meters, taking into account the project roads, 23 houses and 4 block groups were planned. The construction of a two-room individual house is planned in each sector. A total of 10 two-room individual residential houses have been designed within the framework of the project.
