The project building is located near the road leading from the university high-rise building to Nafitvri. The project object consists of a two-story 45-car parking lot and four independent residential blocks. The residential blocks are connected to each other by a courtyard and stairs. Three elevators connect the apartments and the lobby. There is a system of open corridors from the apartments to the elevator. The building is on average 3-4 floors high. The exterior facade is made of concrete and has a green roof.
