It has been granted the status of cultural heritage. This building dates back to the late 19th century, approximately in 1989. This space has two entrances, one from a Tbilisi courtyard and another independent entrance from the street side. The area is located on the second floor of the building, covering 200 sq.m. It is situated in the historic district of Tbilisi (formerly Perovskaya) and has a beautiful window that overlooks the common use inner courtyard. The thick brick walls provide ideal sound insulation. There is a central heating system, an air-conditioning system, kitchen appliances, and furniture.
