In the center of Ortachala, by the roadside, there is a 642 m2 land with a built structure of 300 m2, ideal for both storage and auto service as well as any type of commercial activity, considering the location. It is in a very good and central place in Ortachala near the hydroelectric station. As of today, there was an auto service on the site, and there are three boxes, of which two are passage boxes (two boxes have an underground pit which is ideal for car servicing) and separately two rooms.
