Commercial Real Estate For Sale. Chugureti

High-ceilinged space for sale in Chugureti, near Malakani Bridge For sale: main area 29.5 sq.m with a 4-meter-high ceiling, in a convenient location. Close to 'Karvasla' and the Station (Vagzli) metro. The space has air conditioning and central heating. The entrance is from the building's stairwell. In addition to the main area, there is a 7.2 sq.m wet room (bathroom), which is separate, located at the end of the corridor and needs renovation. The corridor leading to it is 16 sq.m and is shared with one neighbor; our share of it is 8 sq.m. A clothing store operated here successfully. The layout and high ceiling make it suitable for a showroom, an office, or a small studio. It can also be used for residential purposes, but note that the toilet is not in the main room and access to it is via the shared corridor. The space is not registered as a commercial premise. We had planned to open a photo studio as well, but are selling due to lack of time.
