I am renting out a duplex type on the second and third floors near the cable car with an internal staircase. It has old repairs. There is a bathroom and toilet on both floors. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor. Bedrooms are on both floors. Each floor has separate entrances. It is designed for two families to live.
