4 room Flat For Rent. Gldani

* Urgently for rent: a budget apartment (read the text to the end), without an agency, directly from the owner, for men only, in the capital for long-term stay and at a low rent, in a good location near Akhmeteli Theatre metro station, next to Khizanishvili Street #98, on the 5th floor of a nine-story building. Well-appointed and comfortable, half of a 4-room super-apartment, furnished like a hotel, double "lux" room, 2 rooms (a quiet bedroom and a cozy living room), with a panoramic balcony and an ultra-modern kitchen. * This apartment (depending on the price) is arranged and intended for only 1 gentleman, as a roommate option — one personal spot in the double room — and the apartment's additional fees are entirely free. * Note: in this hotel-type apartment you only bring your clothes and spare bed linen, because the apartment is fully provided with everything. * The resident will feel homely and safe here, because it is a full four-room apartment; I live in the other half, which is separated by a partition wall, as the owner of this apartment-hotel — your guarantor of safety, supporter and helper with your needs. * In this compact hotel-type apartment you will have normal living conditions, a peaceful and quiet environment, and you will also receive free VIP services, specifically: periodic washing of your clothes — without you having to handle it. * Note: comfortable bathroom and kitchen will be for shared use. * This apartment is ideal for those who appreciate coziness and the apartment's beauty. Surrounded by evergreen conifer trees, with two recreational parks nearby, and 24-hour markets and pharmacies next to the building. * Rent: in the hotel-like accommodation, in the double "lux" room, one personal place for one employed gentleman, at an affordable price = 500 lari per month. The second tenant will pay the same amount, while utilities and gas charges (electricity, hot water, heating, air conditioner), as well as unlimited high-speed internet and paid TV, are fully included in the rent. Note: separately, for someone who wants to live without the second tenant, the rent will increase up to 750 lari — the choice is yours. * For information: photos are available showing the half of this beautiful apartment that the tenant will use — the two rooms where I stay are not included here. * Hurry to rent before someone else.
