The apartment is newly renovated. It is located on a street near the stream, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a park behind the building, and there is also a large supermarket on the first floor of the building. Parking a car is not a problem. The building was built 2 years ago. The apartment has all the necessary inventory, appliances, air conditioning, heating... I am looking for a responsible person/family; no one has lived in the apartment yet.
