An apartment is for rent in Ortachala, in a cozy place near the fountain (14 Shalva Davitashvili St., former 34 Gorgasali St., a 5-minute bus ride from Freedom Square, near chain markets, parks, multi-profile clinics, the emergency service, and walking distance from the Ortachala bus station), with two bedrooms and a living/kitchen area (integrated into one large room). The entrance to the apartment comes through a small corridor from which there are individual entrances to each of the three rooms. Each room has an exit door to the balcony. The apartment is quite bright, warm in winter, and cool in summer. Central heating is installed. There is an air conditioner in the living/kitchen room. I am renting it for at least 1 year with my own contract. It is ideal for a family of 4 or smaller (I do not rent to more residents). The apartment is being rented for the first time, and accordingly, the kitchen is completely new, as well as the washing machine and refrigerator.
