It is equipped with two air conditioners, custom-made wooden doors, Grohe and Cotto faucets, an Ariston gas heater, a hood, an oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an iron, and all necessary furniture for living. Discounts are provided for students: water, television, internet, and parking fee (for one car) are not covered. The first and last month must be paid in advance.
